March is National Craft Month and we have some great Romantic Spots where you can get crafty! Who doesn’t love a date night that allows you to spend quality time with your partner while creating something together. Craft dates are the dates that keep giving as you get to continue enjoying your creation long after the date has ended. Another added bonus of crafting at one of our romantic spots, you don’t have to clean up after yourself.


Board and Brush Creative Studios is a wood sign studio that welcomes everyone to come create (and enjoy some drinks) in their studio. Board and Brush offers group workshops, private workshops, and even virtual workshops. They have a wide variety of projects available.


CRAFT offers a walk-in studio space for crafters with more art supplies than you can wrap your head around. CRAFT also offers workshops for a variety of art mediums. CRAFT is also a kid-free space. You can come and create whatever you want at CRAFT.


Feats of Clay offers you an opportunity to have your very own “Ghost” moment. Recreate that romantic movie scene with your sweetheart during a private lesson at Feats of Clay. Feats of Clay offers group or private pottery lessons. Feats of Clay also houses an impressive exhibit of pottery from local artists.


The Art Garage is a walk-in art studio where everyone is welcomed with open arms. Art Garage also offers art parties. At Art Garage you can paint pottery, fuse glass, and craft beautiful mosaics. Every skill level will feel at home at The Art Garage.


Bluemoon Glass Works is a retail store and studio specializing in stained glass, glass fusing, and mosaics. Check out the extensive workshop list and find the project that interests you. The stained glass workshops tend to be favorites.


Hill Country Weavers is a retail store and studio specializing in all things weaving. Whether you are a beginning knitter or expert at crochet you will find a workshop that’s just right for you. Don’t miss the opportunity to snap a picture with your sweetheart in front of the “All You Knit is Love” mural. Who doesn’t love a punny mural?
